This consists mainly of a large open plan area designed by local interior designers.  At one end there is a seating area, lit by concealed lighting and with an attactive storage and display unit made of sustainable hardwood by a local cabinetmaker to the designer's specification and which contains a colour TV and a CD player/Radio.  The unit also has illuminated panels.

There is a dining table and chairs at the other end of the living area which is floored in solid maple.

Wide patio doors give a view of the Fintry Hills and open onto the large patio area. 

The kitchen area is separated by a servery constructed of glass bricks and which is internally illuminated.
The kitchen has a built in oven, grill and microwave.  The ceramic touch sensitive hob has a stainless steel extractor hood.

At the far end of the kitchen is a small utility area with fridge (with large freezing compartment) and an automatic washing machine.

Also downstairs is a small entrance hall with storage for outdoor garments and with a separate WC opening off.
